Personal Training, What is it?

We’ve all undergone some type of personal training in our lifetimes, and everytime we’ve become better for the experience of having done it.  Learning to crawl, then walk, then run?  A form of personal training.  Adding two plus two?  Another form of personal training.  It seems the older we get, the less we engage in training, unless we’re forced into it, much like we were as youths.  Looking back on life and anything done worth effort, something positive was always gained, even if we didn’t realize it in the moment. Failure is the best teacher, and when you train correctly you’re going to frequently encounter failure, as that is often the best method for growth.
